Your Local Crematorium in Enfield

The passing of a loved one is a difficult time and many decisions need to be made when you are grieving. Grief can make the decision process even more difficult, which is why Signature Funeral Services cremation services in Enfield aims to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible and we take as much of the pressure from you as possible.

Utilising Crematoriums Are Becoming Increasingly Popular in Enfield

There are many reasons why people choose cremation for themselves as their last wish or for their loved ones.

  • Cremation is environmentally friendly and socially responsible as it has less impact on the planet as well as being more cost-effective.
  • It is also a less complicated process than a traditional burial and it is less time sensitive.
  • Additionally, cremation ashes offer unique opportunities for families and loved ones from all cultures. From the practice of spreading ashes to having them placed in jewellery or urns, there are many ways the cremation process can lend to a celebration of life after death.

Are You Wondering if a Crematorium is Right For My Family?

While there are many benefits to choosing a private cremation in Adelaide and while it is becoming more and more popular, the decision of what to do lies entirely on the loved ones of the person being remembered.

Another reason it is so crucial to have a good, open, communicative funeral director is to ensure that you have all the information about the different steps of each process to be able to make an informed decision about what is right for you and your family.

With over ten years of experience in this industry, we’ve had the pleasure of helping many families plan beautiful, commemorative funerals without the added stress and heartache of incomplete information and hidden or exorbitant costs.

Our Cremation Services in Enfield

While it can be difficult to think about your own death, planning your own funeral service means that you get the ceremony that you want and it takes away the burden from your family, both in the planning and financially. Our prepaid funeral plans allow you to do just that and you can have the ceremony of your choice at our crematorium in Enfield.

If your loved one has not left any requests or wishes for what they want to happen to their remains, you and the family will have to come to a decision. With options including cremation in Enfield, along with traditional burial and natural earth burial, you will have to weigh up the pros and cons of each. To make your decision easier, our experienced and compassionate funeral directors can talk you through all the options in plain English.

Both traditional burials and natural earth burials involve placing the deceased into the ground as their final resting place and they are then covered with earth. Some families like this option because it means they can visit the graveside.

A cremation service involves turning the deceased’s body into ashes. A cremation service is 40-50% cheaper than a traditional burial service, so it can be a great option for those who are on a tighter budget, yet still allows you the chance to have a dignified and caring service.

Along with this, you will also be presented with an urn that contains the ashes of your loved one. The choice of what to do with the ashes is a deeply personal one. It allows the family and friends to scatter the ashes in a favourite place of the deceased and you also have the option to bury the ashes as well, giving you someone to return to and visit.

If you decide that a service at our Enfield crematorium is the right decision for you, our respectful ceremonies can provide you with the perfect way to say goodbye to your loved one.
